1. WHO WE ARE

TUGGY Studios is a creative studio specializing in 3D product design, video editing, and high-impact content creation for brands and professionals.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, we kindly ask that you do not use our services. We may update these terms occasionally—check this page to stay in the loop.

3. SERVICES OFFERED

We provide flat-rate creative services including (but not limited to):

• 3D Product Design & Animation
• Social Media & Commercial Video Editing
• Motion Graphics & Visual Branding

Service tiers and custom project proposals are available based on project scope.

4. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

• All payments are upfront—local via direct deposit, international via PayPal.
• No refunds once the project has started.
• Partial refunds may be offered only at the studio’s discretion depending on how much work has been completed.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. TUGGY Studios retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is requested and signed before the project begins.
